Creator Eligibility

Creators must provide accurate information when applying and maintain professional conduct when engaging with brands.

Collaborations

Social Muse Club does not guarantee paid collaborations, gifted opportunities, campaign approvals, or earnings.

Brands independently select creators based on campaign requirements.

Payments

Membership payments are billed monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

• Meeting collaboration deadlines

• Producing agreed content deliverables

• Communicating professionally with brands

• Following platform and advertising guidelines

Brand Relationships

Social Muse Club acts as a platform connecting creators and brands and is not responsible for disputes, campaign outcomes, or external agreements.

Prohibited Conduct

Members may not:

• Share member only opportunities publicly

• Misrepresent engagement or analytics

• Use abusive or inappropriate behaviour

• Copy or distribute platform content without permission

Account Termination

Social Muse Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All branding, content, website assets, and platform materials remain the property of Social Muse Club unless otherwise stated.

Updates To Terms
